What are the Poster guidelines this year?

This year Poster will be presented in paper format.

Guidelines for preparing and displaying your poster:

• Posters must be in portrait orientation with dimensions not exceeding 90 cm wide by 120 cm high.
• Display the title and author information at the top of your poster, as it appears on your submitted abstract.
• Please note that on-site printing facilities are not available at the venue. Authors are responsible for bringing their pre-printed posters or making arrangements for local printing.
• Your poster will be on a numbered board in the Poster Area. Check the details above for your board number. 
• Set-up: Thursday morning. Pushpin supplies for mounting will be provided.
• Display dates: October
  9 to 11, 2025
• Removal: After the Awards & Closing ceremony on Saturday, October 11, 2025
• Be present: Poster contributors are expected to be available for discussions near their posters during breaks and designated viewing sessions.
