I am a speaker. Will I be provided a laptop for my presentation?

A laptop will be available in each session room and will be linked to the "Speaker preview room" drive. Your presentation will already be available on the laptop when your turn to present comes. Speakers need to give their presentation in advance (on a USB key) at the "Speaker preview" room. 

Please keep in mind: no personal laptop will be allowed to be plugged in the session room, and no USB key will be allowed to be plugged on the laptops at disposal on the session rooms.
