What method of payment do you accept? What is the cancellation/refund policy? Do I need to proceed to payment of my registration if I have also applied for a fee waiver/grant? Is there financial assistance available for registration or travel expenses?

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing only to the ESSD Congress Secretariat ([email protected])

Cancellation Pre-congress courses
In case of cancellation before August 1, 2025, the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after this deadline.

Cancellation of 15th ESSD Congress fees
In case of cancellation before August 1, 2025, the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after this deadline.

Cancellation of the 15th ESSD Conference dinner
In case of cancellation before 1st September 2025, the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 30. No refund will be made after this deadline.
